Pack Inspector - 2nd Shift

## Description Pack Out Inspectors are responsible for ensuring finished product meets the required quality standards before it gets to the customer.
* Perform inspections during final pack out process
* Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
* Develop and maintain inspection reports
* Collect and record quality data
* Package finished product pallets in adherence to quality standards
* Record and track status of open production orders
* Ensure orders completed correctly before shipped to customers
* Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement processes accordingly
* Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects
* Communicate quality and compliance concerns with urgency
* Answer employee questions and provide education as needed
* Adhere to established safety protocols
