What You'll Do

+ Perform chemical mixing and solution preparation for titration testing using laboratory safety procedures

+ Collect production samples from manufacturing equipment and conduct quality testing in the laboratory

+ Document and analyze test results to ensure products meet quality standards

+ Enter and maintain data within ERP and laboratory tracking systems

+ Support quality assurance and quality control initiatives

+ Assist with maintaining accurate laboratory records and testing documentation

+ Collaborate with operations and quality teams to support production goals

+ Provide laboratory coverage and support as needed

What We're Looking For

+ Coursework, degree, or experience in Chemistry or a related scientific field

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

+ Comfortable working with laboratory chemicals and testing procedures

+ Ability to accurately document and manage data

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment & Schedule

This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (5:30 PM - 5:30 AM), providing multiple days off throughout the month while maintaining full-time hours.

You'll split your time between:

+ A clean, climate-controlled laboratory where testing is performed

+ A production environment where samples are collected from manufacturing equipment

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy both hands-on laboratory work and being connected to the manufacturing process that drives product quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eminence, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
