Location: Dry Ridge

Job Summary

In search for an experienced multifamily community manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities. The Property Manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations. You will sell and rent homes as well as lease lots for those who purchase outside our company and want to be a part of our family. The best candidate will be extremely personable, detailed, and task oriented, and committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
  • Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
  • Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs, planning renovations, and contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
  • Secure property by maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.
Qualifications
  • Must have 2-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Team‑oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Motivated for sales with sales goal attainment, negotiation, selling to customer needs, territory management, closing skills, prospecting skills, professionalism, internal communications, listening, and communication processes.
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug test, and possess a positive attitude with a desire to learn and excel in both team and independent work environments.
