A recent graduate looking for your first real opportunity
Someone looking to change careers and break into real estate
Someone currently working in another industry who has always been interested in real estate or development
A motivated self-starter who hasn't found the right career path yet but wants an opportunity to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
We're looking for someone who is:
Resourceful and willing to figure things out
Motivated and eager to learn
Highly organized and dependable
Comfortable picking up the phone and following up with people
Comfortable walking into a permitting office, asking questions, and figuring out what needs to happen next
Comfortable driving around Metro Atlanta for site visits, permitting offices, meetings, and other errands
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Interested in real estate, development, construction, or entrepreneurship
Able to work independently without needing constant direction
Willing to jump between very different tasks depending on what needs to get done that day
