Title Escrow Processor​/Closer

Candidate must be a “people person”, detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and possess strong communication skills, while displaying a positive and professional attitude.

Experience preferred but not required.

• Assist REALTOR(s), lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues.
• Ability to read and understand a title insurance commitment
• Prepare closing documents to complete the real estate transaction.
• Work with Lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.
• Facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company.
• Disburse settlement packages through completion.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented
• Able to handle confidential information
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Strong Computer Skills
• Ability to possess a Notary Public license
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required
