EXIT Northland Realty is growing, and we’re looking for motivated real estate agents to serve buyers and sellers throughout Northern Wisconsin and the Twin Ports. We’re a locally owned brokerage building a strong group of agents who value honest advice, personal service, and steady business growth. Here, you have direct access to your broker and a voice in what we’re building.

• Guide buyers and sellers from their first conversation through closing.
• Help clients understand properties, pricing, offers, and next steps.
• Prepare and coordinate transaction paperwork and deadlines.
• Build relationships through prospecting, follow-up, and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate regularly.
• Take part in training and apply what you learn.

• An active Wisconsin or Minnesota real estate license. Your license determines where you can practice.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to serving clients well.
• A self-motivated approach to building your business.
• Good organization and consistent follow-through.
• A willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive office culture. Experienced agents and newly licensed agents are welcome to connect.

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Earnings depend on production. Compensation details, fees, and available resources will be discussed privately.
