Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team in a geographically concentrated area within Pensacola Beach, FL. Your team will include a Property Manager and Property Inspectors. You will have clear goals and assignments daily, and you will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage.

We provide company vehicles for you to use while you work, and we also pay mileage if a company vehicle is not available to you. We strive for a healthy work life balance. You will work in a fun and lively atmosphere. The culture at Pensacola Beach Properties is what we are most proud of!

• Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards
• Handle escalated issues with guests
• Create plans to keep the properties in excellent shape

• Maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher
• Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team
• Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the Guest)
• Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner expectations.
• Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work holidays and weekends.
• Proven leadership experience
• Previous experience in the vacation rental industry. (Requested but not required)
