Swine Research Barn Manager & Project Lead

As our Swine Research Barn Manager & Project Lead
, you'll oversee research trials from concept to completion while managing daily animal care operations and ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, data integrity, and biosecurity.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute swine research trials
- Manage daily barn operations and animal care
- Collect, analyze, and oversee research data
- Coordinate protocols, sample collection, and trial activities
- Train team members on research procedures and best practices
- Work alongside industry leaders, veterinarians, and research sponsors
- Help drive advancements in swine production through applied research
What We're Looking For:
- Animal Science degree preferred (or related field)
- Experience with sow or wean-to-finish operations preferred
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
- Occasional overnight travel
- Work with pigs ranging from piglets to market animals

Pay Range$50,000-$60,000
