• Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a dishwasher preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be 16 years of age
• Weekend Availability Required
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Lifts moderate to heavy weights on an occasional basis
