Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

• Lead from the floor and set the standard for professionalism, hospitality, teamwork, urgency, and accountability.

• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for every shift.
• Maintain exceptional standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
• Execute company operating systems and standards consistently.
• Anticipate operational challenges and solve problems before they affect our guests or team.
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, labor, food and beverage costs, and other controllable expenses.
• Drive sales, guest counts, productivity, and profitability without compromising hospitality.
• Take ownership of the restaurant's overall performance and results.

Previous restaurant management or comparable hospitality leadership experience is required. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant management requires schedule flexibility, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
