We are hiring Counter Service Team Member to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne. In this role you will support the daily operations of the counter, from greeting guests and preparing beverages to assembling orders and keeping displays organized. This is an opportunity to help launch a new location and bring Copain’s hospitality and craftsmanship to a growing community.

What You’llDo

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Prepare coffee drinks, other beverages, and guest orders with accuracy and care
• Stock and display pastries, breads, and retail items consistently throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, andback-of-house spaces
• Assist with inventory rotation and receiving daily deliveries
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including daily opening and closing procedures
