* POSITION SUMMARY:
** The Bar porter is responsible to maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean.
*
* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
*** Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers, and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies.
* Ensures bar is set properly.
* Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards.
* Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift.
* Prepares all mixes and garnishes.
* Acknowledges, greets, and converses with customers who approach the bar.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

* QUALIFICATIONS:
*** A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a casino, high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant preferred.
* Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
** ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS****:
*** Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Must be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required.
* Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift & work inside assigned bar areas in the venue.
* Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
* The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
** PAY RANGE:** $2 - $25/Hourly
