To serve the guests food, drinks, and snacks. Shall represent the club in a professional and exemplary manner and promote the success of the club to guests, staff, and any other parties.

- Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards:
Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye. - Responsible for serving the guest's food, drinks, and snacks while providing exemplary service.
- Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end-of-shift paperwork.
- Complete all side work and maintain par levels of condiments and paper products in work areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and servers’ daily events and specials.
- Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations.
- Must have a Food Service worker license.
- Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs.
- Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards.
- Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved.
- Know the menu and bar drinks, including, pricing and ingredients.
