Job Title:Shift Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at Papa Johns Pizza #1397. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring quality food and customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper food preparation and quality
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Food safety certification is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
