** Position Overview
** The
** Beverage Specialist (Master Beverage Crafter)
** is a certified crew member who specializes in the preparation of McDonald’s beverages according to company standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality drinks with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient beverage  addition to beverage responsibilities, Beverage Specialists are fully trained Crew Members and are expected to support all areas of the restaurant as needed.
** Responsibilities
* ** Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, following all company standards
* Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized beverage station
* Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest
* Connect with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience
* Assist guests with ordering their favorite McDonald’s meals
* Prepare McDonald’s World Famous Food
* Work collaboratively with Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals
* Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and looking phenomenal
* Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
* Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
* Receive cross-training in other areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, to support overall store needs
