We move fast, we set the standard, and we don't settle for average. If you've got hustle, high standards, and you're ready to prove yourself, keep reading.

• Crafting smoothie bowls and smoothies that turn first-time customers into regulars
• Setting the tone : energy up, counter spotless, standards non-negotiable
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a crew that shows up and shows out
• Building real-world skills: speed under pressure, customer service, ownership: the kind that separates you from every other applicant on your first resume

• Weekend availability required
  -30- 40-hour work weeks
• Ready to commit real hours each week
• Ready to be treated like a professional

• A relentlessly positive attitude — we're not a good-vibes-optional zone
• Rock-solid reliability — your word is your reputation here
• Someone with a "can do attitude" and "grit"
• No experience required — but we're looking for people who act as if they've already got something to prove

This isn't a job to fill time. It's a place to build a reputation. Flexible scheduling that respects school, a team that actually wants to be there, a 25% discount, and pay that reflects the standard you bring.

Spots are limited. We're not hiring bodies — we're building a crew.
