A Line Cook is responsible for the day to day production of menu items to the company standards set by the culinary team/ Executive Chef.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities:
* Execute and prepare all menu items to specification and present picture perfect meals to our guests.
* Execute production; 100% to recipe set forth by the Executive Chef.
* Uphold and exceed of house cleanliness standards
* Report all back of house equipment issues to supervisor immediately (i.e. a below normal cooler temperature, worn or broken equipment).
* Operate to a standard that meets all health and safety standards
* Be a team player;
Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
* Work with Integrity; the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.
