Location: Eastwood

We are seeking a talented Assistant Beverage Director to support beverage programming across its growing portfolio of chef-driven Columbus, OH restaurants. This is a hands-on, restaurant-based leadership position for someone who combines outstanding beverage knowledge with the operational ability to turn great ideas into successful restaurant execution.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Beverage Director on portfolio-wide beverage initiatives.
  • Develop cocktails and support wine, spirits and beer programming.
  • Coordinate seasonal menus, LTOs and beverage rollouts.
  • Manage costing, procurement, timelines and implementation for new programs.
  • Develop training materials and conduct hands-on beverage training.
  • Ensure consistent execution across restaurants.
  • Work directly with restaurant leaders, bartenders and service teams.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support beverage menu changes and new restaurant initiatives.
  • Spend significant time working directly within the restaurants rather than from a corporate office.
Qualifications
  • Strong restaurant beverage leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
  • Proven cocktail-development experience.
  • Experience successfully implementing beverage menus or LTOs.
  • Strong understanding of beverage costing, purchasing and procurement.
  • Excellent training and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project-management ability.
  • Experience working across multiple restaurants or concepts preferred.
  • Sommelier certification or formal wine education strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to Dallas.
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to work closely with an established Beverage Director.
