The Lodge Bar & Grill at Jacobson Plaza is where great food, craft cocktails, and community come together. From busy patio nights to family‑friendly events and game‑day energy, summer at The Lodge is fast‑paced, fun, and full of opportunity.

We combine Midwest hospitality, rustic charm, and modern energy. Guests gather by our double‑sided fireplace, relax under string‑lit patios, and enjoy a menu built with intention — from thoughtfully crafted cocktails to elevated comfort favorites.

Seasonal Positions:
May 1 – September 31

$18+ DOE

Keep service running smoothly by assisting with food running, expediting, bussing, and supporting both the bar and dining room teams to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

• Deliver polished, professional hospitality in a high‑energy environment
• Work collaboratively within a structured, team‑focused service model
• Maintain organization, urgency, and attention to detail
• Support private events, patio service, and high‑volume summer shifts

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast‑paced setting
• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred

• Shared tip (service support)
