As Store Manager you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, inspire your team, and ensure the store is always game‑day ready.

• Staffing: recruiting, scheduling, and leading others.
• Customer service: ensuring the customer remains the top priority.
• Delivery results: sales forecasting, inventory control, payroll management.
• Merchandising: meet Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organize, game‑plan, and execute.

Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities, detail oriented, effective communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic attitude, proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong merchandising and visual skills.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail; at least 2 years in store management, coaching, and developing others. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Sports enthusiast preferred.

Physical requirements:

required to stand and walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, differentiate colors, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.

Hourly $20.00–$28.00. Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level.
