As a Market Associate, you are the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores. You will provide a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast‑paced work environment. Our associates are provided with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross‑training in all store functions. Full‑ and part‑time work is available to fit almost any schedule.

• Cashier experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 20 years old due to Alcohol Sales
• Able and willing to work all shifts to cover when needed
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred to provide customer assistance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
