Overview

Restaurant Team Member is an entry level opportunity responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to the guest. The role supports cashier, customer service, retail sales or food service experiences, but these are not required. As a valued member of the team, you’ll witness first-hand why we have the best customers and employees around.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare, present, and ensure freshness of all food service products in line with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment in the restaurant.
• Handle cash and operate as a friendly brand ambassador, promoting loyalty programs when appropriate.
• Follow health code guidelines and safety procedures at all times.

• Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and perform repetitive tasks; ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods; ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and engage in training to provide excellent customer service.
