• Greet every guest warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Guide guests through the store experience, helping them discover products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including ingredients, usage, benefits, and store history
• Ensure the store is cleaned, well-stocked, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with checkout and packaging purchases with care
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
