As a Barista at The Jet Set Lounge, you will be the face of our brand, crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging service.

You’ll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience that balances hospitality, craftsmanship, and storytelling around both coffee and retail offerings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to brand standards.
• Proactively anticipate customer and store needs by assessing the environment and recognizing guest cues, while consistently delivering an elevated, personalized service experience to every customer.
• Provide genuine, personalized customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Educate guests on our beverage menu, brewing methods, and retail products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café and retail environment.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service between café and retail.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and perform tasks with speed and excellence.  YOU’LL

NEED TO HAVE :
• 2+ year of experience in guest-focused industries such as restaurants, bars, theaters, kitchens, specialty retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.  WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
