What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with various teams to support strategic and revenue goals through effective sales strategies
  • Assist in the development of customized territory plans to target markets and approach new customers
  • Build long‑term customer relationships by acting as a trusted consultant
  • Conduct technical seminars and provide training to internal teams on sequencing products
  • Participate in customer‑facing events such as conferences and user group meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • BA/BS or MS in Life/Biological Sciences required;
    Ph.D. or Masters in a related field is highly desired
  • Customer‑facing sales or support experience in Life Sciences or Genomics preferred
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Technological expertise in Next Generation Sequencing and multiomic applications
  • Highly self‑motivated and adaptable, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain deep knowledge of relevant applications
  • Experience in developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
  • MBA is a plus
