As a Insurance Account Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member with Will Rentschler
- State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

I opened my agency on January 1, 2018, and we've since grew to two offices with a combined team of about 23 people. From day one, my goal has been to build something bigger than just a business-an organization that makes a real impact on both our customers and our community.

We're deeply involved in charitable work throughout the Panhandle. We proudly support the local Make-Wish Foundation and have raised over $22,000 in back-to-back years. In addition, we partner with organizations such as the Great Seminole Club, Washington High School Soccer, West Florida High teacher appreciation initiatives, Gulf Breeze Elementary, the Florida Engineering Society, the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Panhandle Soccer, and the End of the Watch Foundation for fallen police officers.
