The Arterial Account Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgement as a sales representative for driving growth across Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), focused on Styker’s Artix and Lim Flow product portfolios. The Arterial AM partners closely with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership, and cross functional internal team members to develop, launch and scale PAD and Lim Flow programs within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:- Proactively identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI populations.
- Build and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholder alignment, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
- Drive adoption through clinical excellence, therapy education, and program-building initiatives.
- Consistently create demand, expand access, and grow long-term franchise value for Artix and Lim Flow.
- Execute coordinated plans and account strategies with VTE Account Managers, leveraging shared targets, aligned messaging, and real-time field insights to drive measurable growth revenue.
- Provide information through formal presentations to physicians and administration customers that detail the clinical and/or financial benefits of the Company’s devices as related to the group.
- Evaluate new products or enhancements to devices to provide information and collect and disseminate feedback from customers to the Product Development and Marketing departments. May serve as a key clinical leader resource for R&D feedback needs and questions.
- Represent company at various trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports.
- Participate in all regional weekly calls and activities while demonstrating clinical expertise with Sales team on conference calls.
- Develop and disseminate information to internal executives and staff regarding issues related to customer acceptance of company’s technologies and products during the pre-sale and evaluation process.
- Work together with Medical Education to create all clinical/technical related content on national calls as the Artix subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Area VP and Sr. Medial Education Manager to coordinate new hire/account manager assignments.
- Serve as a resource for the Sr. Medical Education Manager and field clinical leaders for all in-house and infield training needs such as agenda creation, content creation, and ongoing training support, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
- Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
- Maintain all Certifications and Vendor Credentials.
- Demonstrate consistent quota attainment.
- Great communication skills
- Able to travel extensively, including overnight to client facilities by auto or aircraft 70- 80% of the time.
- Preferably, a minimum of 2 years in Stryker or Inari Sales.
- Preferred previous experience in the peripheral arterial space.
Base + commission: $ and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
