The Agent-Bounce Back engages resort guests who are checking out or who previously declined an on-site sales presentation invitation and introduces eligible guests to Bounce back and Mini Vacation Package opportunities. This position builds rapport, identifies vacation interests, clearly explains package features and participation requirements, addresses questions and objections, and converts guest interest into future vacation commitments. The Vacation Package Specialist delivers a positive guest experience while completing sales accurately and adhering to all company marketing, ethical, and compliance standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS (up to five):

Proactively approach and engage eligible resort guests during checkout or after they decline an on-site sales presentation invitation; establish rapport, identify vacation interests, and create a welcoming guest experience.

Present Bounceback and Mini Vacation Package options in a clear, accurate, and compelling manner, including applicable features, benefits, pricing, eligibility criteria, and participation requirements.

Use consultative sales techniques to respond to questions, address objections, recommend appropriate vacation opportunities, ask for the sale, and convert guest interest into future vacation commitments.

Complete package transactions, required documentation, and system entries accurately and promptly while following company policies, approved marketing guidelines, privacy practices, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with resort operations, front desk, and marketing partners to maximize guest engagement opportunities; maintain knowledge of current offers and track daily sales activity, production, and performance results as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or another guest-facing environment is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Ability to present promotional vacation offers confidently, accurately, and in a manner tailored to guest interests.
- Ability to ask for the sale, address objections professionally, and maintain composure during challenging interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete sales documentation and system entries accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple guest interactions, meet production goals, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain current knowledge of package offers, eligibility requirements, company policies, and compliance standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn company sales and guest-management systems.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods, communicate with guests, and use a computer or other office equipment. The employee may occasionally be required to sit, bend, twist, reach, push, or pull and must be able to lift or move up to thirty pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONSWork is performed primarily in a resort environment, including checkout, lobby, and designated marketing areas, with frequent interaction with guests and team members. The employee may encounter varying noise levels, periods of high guest traffic, and changing temperatures while moving throughout the property.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURSSchedules may vary based on business and resort needs and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance and schedule flexibility are required.
