Account Executive focused on the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle, responsible for owning strategy, planning, and execution to drive MAU growth, foster relationships, and manage cross-functional implementations for government and healthcare institutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle including strategy, planning, execution, and results to drive MAU growth. Foster relationships within accounts by onboarding and providing strategic sales support for successful deployment across departments. Run a healthy and predictable business delivering jointly agreed customer transformation strategies. Establish close relationships with Public Sector & Healthcare users to understand their needs. Utilize data analysis to identify trends and usage patterns to inform product and marketing plans.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on lifecycle strategy to drive retention and engagement.
3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive with a track record of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth in large organizations. Professional experience selling into or managing the Canadian market (direct ownership of Canadian/cross-border territory or tenure at a Canadian-headquartered company) with fluency in the broader US sales motion. Excellent collaboration skills with direct and cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of how government and/or healthcare institutions roll out new technology and institution-wide deployments.
Effective communication skills to simplify complex ideas and present compelling stories. Strong business planning skills to move from planning to implementation. Growth mindset.
