- State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated Account Associate to join our growing team. Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes ownership, is coachable, and is motivated to learn and grow.

Our agency has grown to more than 20 team members across two North Texas locations. We offer a professional, positive, and goal-oriented environment with ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities for growth.

• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and consistently follow up with prospects and customers.
• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.
• Learn to conduct needs-based conversations, navigate objections, and confidently ask for the business.
• Work toward individual activity, sales, and production goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Organized, accountable, and consistent with follow-up.
• Willingness to prospect and build new relationships.
• Coachable and motivated to learn and improve.
• Ability and willingness to obtain required insurance licensing.
