** You will be responsible for:
** Support Site Lead:
Act as the primary backup to the Site Lead, taking on leadership responsibilities for the operations team during their absence.
Operational Leadership:
Lead, coordinate, and delegate responsibilities among the sales office team to achieve operational goals and ensure efficiency.
