Double Tree by Hilton Little Rock is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts, grow market share, and drive revenue performance.

What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize hotel revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new business across corporate, group, association, government, and leisure market segments.
- Grow and maintain a strong portfolio of key accounts while continuously developing new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals, revenue targets, and booking objectives.
- Partner with Revenue Management and hotel leadership to optimize pricing strategies, market positioning, and overall hotel performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, community organizations, and key decision-makers.
- Represent the hotel through networking events, industry associations, client entertainment, sales calls, and community involvement.
- Conduct compelling property tours, presentations, and client meetings that showcase the hotel's value and competitive advantages.
- Develop creative promotions, strategic partnerships, and targeted sales initiatives to generate incremental revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and business agreements that support revenue objectives and long-term client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and accountability to the hotel sales team.
- Foster a proactive, performance-driven sales culture focused on prospecting, relationship development, and results.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Revenue Management, Catering, and Operations teams to align sales initiatives with hotel objectives.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, account management, and pipeline development.
- Ensure a seamless transition of booked business to the operations team, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a visible leader and ambassador for the hotel, Hilton brand, and Waterford Hotel Group.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated hospitality sales professional who brings energy, creativity, accountability, and a genuine passion for winning business.
IdealQualifications:
- Previous hotel sales experience, preferably in a Director of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing, or senior hotel sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business, growing existing accounts, and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of corporate, group, and meetings-related sales strategies.
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, close business, and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a successful sales team.
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management, competitive positioning, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with Hilton systems and sales platforms is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
