• Holiday schedules that give you meaningful time away. In 2026, we closed Friday, July 3, ahead of the holiday weekend. This Christmas, we’ll be closed December 24–27.

You’ll do more than sell vehicles. You’ll help people make important decisions, earn their trust, and build relationships that last. Your effort will contribute to our customers, your teammates, and the future we’re building together.

• Listen to customers and help them select the right vehicle.
• Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations and engaging test drives.
• Respond promptly to internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Generate opportunities through follow-up, relationship building, and referrals.
• Learn Ford products, our used inventory, and the features customers value.
• Guide customers through the purchase process with honesty and confidence.
• Stay connected after the sale and build lasting customer relationships.
• Bring initiative, professionalism, and a team-first attitude every day.

• Ambition, follow-through, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• A commitment to honest, respectful business practices.
• Availability to work our weekday schedule, including evenings until 7 p.m.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
Automotive experience is not required.
