• Engage customers one-on-one:
  Greet shoppers, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions
• Direct sales & upselling:
  Introduce and close sales effectively using proven strategies
• Client management:
  Represent telecommunications, charity, and sports campaigns with professionalism
• Customer service:
  Handle inquiries, returns, and follow-up with friendly and efficient support
• Training participation:
  Attend morning and evening sessions to continuously refine your skills
• Team collaboration:
  Share insights, support colleagues, and help us hit weekly targets

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude with a friendly, positive presence
• Comfortable standing and actively engaging with customers
• Eager to learn and quick to apply coaching
• Previous retail or direct sales experience is a plus—but your enthusiasm matters most
