JOB DESCRIPTION

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive, sales-driven Executive Assistant / Outreach Specialist who knows how to turn conversations into booked opportunities. You'll connect with schools, universities, homeschool organizations, and event organizers to secure paid speaking engagements and introduce educational test preparation programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, builds relationships confidently, and knows how to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research schools, universities, homeschool conventions, and educational organizations for potential speaking opportunities.
Reach out to decision-makers through email, phone calls, and other appropriate communication channels.
Pitch speaking engagements and confidently negotiate opportunities to secure paid bookings.
Contact schools across California to schedule meetings and introduce test preparation programs.
Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, event coordinators, and educational organizations.
Follow up consistently with prospects, handle objections, and move conversations toward confirmed bookings.
Track outreach activities, prospect responses, scheduled meetings, and booking progress.
Work toward securing at least one confirmed paid speaking engagement per week.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, outreach, or business development.
Strong closing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to turn interested prospects into confirmed bookings.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, especially when speaking with school administrators and decision-makers.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the initiative to identify opportunities and follow through without constant supervision.
Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and follow-ups.
Strong organizational skills and a results-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and meet weekly booking targets.

Working Hours

20 hours per week (Part-Time) Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
