Exodos Enterprise is hiring a full-time Community Outreach Representative in Riverside to represent a nationally recognized wireless provider through local events, promotional pop-ups, and community-based campaigns while building hands-on sales experience.

As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll meet new people, introduce wireless products and mobile services, and help customers explore options that fit the way they stay connected. Every Community Outreach Representative receives hands-on coaching while developing communication, customer engagement, and professional sales skills in an active, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative

• Connect with community members at local events and promotional pop-ups through engaging sales conversations.
• Introduce smartphones, wireless plans, device features, and current promotions in a clear and approachable way.
• Ask thoughtful questions about mobile usage and preferences to identify relevant sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate wireless technology and explain how different products and services fit everyday needs.
• Help interested customers compare available options and confidently navigate the sales decision‑making process.
• Create positive interactions that build customer interest while supporting daily sales goals.
• Help customers move from initial interest to enrollment while maintaining a professional experience.
• Collaborate with other Community Outreach Representative team members to support successful community campaigns.
• Continue developing as a Community Outreach Representative through coaching in communication, product knowledge, and professional sales techniques.

Qualifications of the Community Outreach Representative

• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in wireless technology.
• Customer service, hospitality, restaurants, events, promotions, community outreach, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive, dependable, and energized by active environments.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward measurable sales results.
• Comfortable working at outdoor events, community pop-ups, and promotional locations throughout the Riverside area.
• Motivated to grow professionally as a Community Outreach Representative while building practical customer engagement experience.
