- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science — or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role, with technical sales experience required.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and general software implementation methodologies — with the ability to apply that knowledge to create compelling, solutions‑based demonstrations for customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative, and compelling presentation methodologies — with the ability to speak or write with ease, clarity, and impact using a communication style appropriate to the subject and audience.
- Self‑directed with the ability to manage projects to completion — with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and up to 10% travel time required.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, emerging trends, and continuous learning — with a particular interest in AI and a natural curiosity that drives exploration, innovation, and problem‑solving.
- Driven to learn and stay current professionally — with a demonstrated commitment to growing expertise in enterprise software, pre‑sales methodologies, and industry best practices.
