In this role, YOU will be a key piece in building, maximizing, and maintaining our rapidly growing customer base for our Rock Asphalt brand. You will be establishing a new territory with the assistance of in-house Marketing, a comprehensive Sales Training program, and ongoing Sales Management support. Our vision is to have our products in the hands of every city, county, and government entity in the United States.

You will be essential to achieving this goal.

• 3+ years outside sales experience
• Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 2 nights/week
• Mastery of CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
