• Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Conduct compliance audits and physical inventory assessments
• Leverage data and reporting tools to identify risk patterns and prevent loss
• Coach field teams on compliance, safety, and security standards
• Collaborate with leaders to assess vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or related field
• Interview & Interrogation Certification strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as required (up to 75% travel)

• Proven record of successful case resolution in previous loss prevention roles
• Proficiency in LP analytics software and CCTV systems
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Strong judgment and the ability to manage confidential information
