• Monitor and coordinate communications between personnel, emergency responders, and site management within a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and track all calls, incidents, and activities accurately in the dispatch log.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points via electronic systems and/or direct communication.
• Support security‑related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client instructions.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access procedures.
• Relay emergency information and instructions promptly to the appropriate parties as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining situational awareness and monitoring surveillance systems.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
