• Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Conduct compliance audits and physical inventory assessments to ensure process integrity
• Leverage data and technology to identify risk patterns and prevent loss
• Coach field teams on compliance, safety, and security standards
• Collaborate with District and Regional Leaders on vulnerability assessments and corrective actions

• Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or related field
• Interview & Interrogation Certification strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to travel overnight as required (up to 75% travel)

• Proven record of successful case resolution in loss prevention
• Proficiency in LP analytics software and CCTV systems
• High integrity and sound judgment with the ability to manage confidential information
• Comfortable standing, climbing ladders, and working with arms overhead
