Fri 09:30 PM – 05:30 AM
Sat 01:30 PM – 09:30 PM

Job Description:

As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Rounds, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations to help deter security-related incidents, provide a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, interact with individuals on-site, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or unusual occurrences.
• Assist with controlling access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of activities and incidents.
• Support a secure environment by communicating security-related concerns or hazards to supervisory personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
