Job Schedule:

• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor communications, access activity, alarms, and other security-related systems from the dispatch center; receive calls and coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to routine and urgent service calls, maintain clear radio and telephone communication, and provide timely updates to appropriate site contacts.
• Document incidents, calls for service, visitor concerns, and dispatch activity accurately in required reports and logs.
• Support regular and random patrol activity throughout the retail location and perimeter by communicating observations, requests, and incident information to assigned personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
