Security Gate Attendant - Beverly Hills

CGSS is seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented Security Officer to work at a hotel guard shack. This position requires someone who understands the importance of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming first impression while maintaining the safety and security of the property.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, visitors, employees, and vendors while managing property access and enforcing security procedures in a courteous and professional manner.

• Greet guests, employees, vendors, and visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, and property-related information.
• Monitor and control vehicle and pedestrian access while maintaining a hospitality-focused approach.
• Verify authorization of incoming guests, vendors, contractors, and employees.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, vehicle records, and daily activity reports.
• Communicate professionally with hotel management, staff, and guests.
• Handle guest concerns and inquiries with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Maintain a calm and approachable demeanor when addressing difficult situations.
• Monitor suspicious activity and report security concerns promptly.
• Enforce property policies and access procedures without compromising the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable guard shack.
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and client-specific procedures.
