- Maintain an organized, fully stocked trailer (diamonds, tools, equipment).
- Inspect the truck and trailer (tires, oil, lights, straps, safety).
- Ensure equipment is secured, and crew members have working PPE.
- Review work orders for keys, lock codes, scope, and special instructions.
- Align with the Project Manager on jobsite layout, conditions, and GC contacts.
- Establish a clean, safe staging area inside and outside the site.
- Walk the site with the crew and assign responsibilities.
- Set expectations for the day and identify workflow zones.
- Set daily goals and manage the project production schedule.
- Operate and oversee equipment: push-behind grinders, hand grinders, and sit-on wet grinders (as available).
- Ensure PPE compliance, document safety concerns, and reinforce professional conduct.
- Train and guide technicians in technique, efficiency, and quality.
- Track materials, check equipment fluids, tag broken equipment, and keep daily logs.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in trucks, trailers, and work areas.
- Communicate regularly with site superintendents and GCs.
- Double-check all work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Complete daily paperwork, progress photos, and documentation.
- Conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to confirm satisfaction.
- Log any concerns through notes, photos, or email and notify the PM immediately.
- Submit final documentation, quality checklists, and jobsite logs.
- Leave the site knowing the work was completed correctly, safely, and to Xtreme 9s standards.
- 3 or more years of concrete polishing experience (required).
- Experience using push-behind grinders; sit-on grinder experience preferred.
- Prior crew lead or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record (3 years clean preferred).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical, fast-paced environments.
- Flexible schedule - must be able to work nights when client access requires it.

- Full-time, W-2 position, on-site field leadership role
