We continue to grow and are seeking a solution‑oriented and customer‑focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned, following our proven pool cleaning methods and handling pool chemicals safely. The role also involves diagnosing issues with pool equipment, communicating alternative solutions to the customer, completing repairs efficiently, and sharing lessons learned with the team.

The ideal candidate loves working outdoors, is a self‑starter, works independently, handles matters with integrity, and embraces the concept of delivering resort‑quality service.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning pools each week and schedule equipment repair tasks.
• Maintain a stocked inventory of chemicals on the truck and adjust water chemistry for each pool each week.
• Repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers,, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC, copper, and galvanized plumbing.
• Knowledge of 110 V and 220 V electrical equipment (preferred, not required).
• Manage inventory of equipment on the truck and replenish as needed.
• Utilize the Pool Ops mobile platform via smartphone.
• Spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products.
• Renovation experience – re‑plaster or equivalent (e.g., Pebble Tech®), tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, paver installation/repair (preferred, not required).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Licensed in one of the following (if applicable to your state):
  Florida (CPC), Texas (Appliance License), California (D35).
• High school degree preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator License preferred.

Bonus Potential: This position has the potential to earn an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met.

A company truck will be provided. The technician will keep it fully stocked with tools and inventory. Paid vacation time follows a qualifying period.
