Compensation:$25–$35 per hour (based on experience and skillset)
About the Role
Maxin Home is redefining home maintenance with a modern, concierge-style approach. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman Contractor to handle general home repairs and maintenance across our growing portfolio.
This is a flexible, contractor-based role with consistent work opportunities and the potential to grow into a full-time workload.
Responsibilities
Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks
Minor plumbing and electrical work (fixtures, faucets, outlets, light installs)
Drywall repair, painting, and basic carpentry
Furniture assembly and installation (TV mounts, shelving, fixtures)
Door, window, and hardware repairs
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks across homes
Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to homeowners
Document completed work (photos, notes, recommendations)
Maintain a clean, professional work environment
Requirements
3+ years of handyman or general maintenance experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional, customer-friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage schedule
Basic knowledge of safety standards and local codes
