Experienced Carpenter
Salary Range: $45,000+
Job Description:
Do you take pride in work that truly lasts? Benjamin + Company builds high-performance, architecturally designed homes where exceptional craftsmanship and advanced building science go hand in hand. We're looking for an experienced carpenter who brings both skill and heart to the work.
- Custom, high-performance residential homes—framing through finish
- Advanced building envelope systems: air sealing, insulation, weatherization
- Interior finish work: trim, built-ins, stairs, and custom millwork
- Collaboration with other trades toward seamless, high-quality results
- 3+ years of residential construction experience
- Solid hands-on experience with framing and finish carpentry
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-first attitude and clear communication
- Comfort with physically demanding work and working at heights
- Basic tool set, valid driver’s license
- Bonus: high-performance building experience (Passive House, air barriers, etc.), OSHA 10/30
