Maurer Construction is a growing design-build general contractor focused on quality, communication, and transparency. We manage residential remodeling and construction projects from concept through completion.
We’re looking for a Carpenter who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of building high-quality projects the right way.
What You’ll DoPerform hands‑on carpentry work daily
Framing, trim carpentry, blocking, demo, punch work, and general construction tasks
Assist with layout and jobsite organization
Work alongside subcontractors and help keep projects moving
Read plans and execute details accurately
Help maintain quality standards throughout the project
Communicate with the owner, subcontractors, and clients when needed
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
Assist with material pickups and project preparation
What We’re Looking For3+ years of carpentry or residential construction experience
Strong understanding of general residential construction
Experience with framing and finish carpentry preferred
Ability to work independently and problem‑solve in the field
Someone who cares about quality and takes ownership of their work
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift materials and work in active construction environments
Competitive pay $25.00-$40.00
