Mountain DAS Foreman

Anchor Com LLC is seeking an experienced DAS Foreman to lead installation crews in our Mountain Region (UT/MT base). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with distributed antenna systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage field operations efficiently.

Lead and supervise DAS installation crews on-site

Coordinate daily work activities and ensure adherence to project timelines

Install, terminate, and test coaxial, fiber optic, and low-voltage cabling

Mount and align antennas, remote units, and related DAS equipment

Read and interpret construction drawings, RF designs, and site plans

Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain punch-list documentation

Enforce job-site safety protocols and OSHA compliance

Communicate project status to Project Managers and clients

Manage material logistics, tool inventory, and crew scheduling

Mentor and train junior technicians

3+ years of DAS/in-building wireless installation experience

Prior foreman or crew lead role on commercial telecom projects

Proficiency with PIM testing, sweep testing, and fiber OTDR

Working knowledge of Comm Scope, Corning, JMA, and SOLiD DAS platforms

OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training a plus
• Ability to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs, and perform physical labor in various environments
• Willingness to travel within the Mountain Region as projects require
• Must pass background check and drug screening
